Our competitive program provides students with the mental and the physical skill sets in order to play golf at the highest competitive level in junior golf.
Junior Champions Program
This program boasts some of the best junior players in the country. Over the course of 20+ years of coaching, Elite Golf Schools has seen over 150 students earn spots on college teams, students have won AJGA, FCWT, FCG, and Hurricane Tour events, qualified for USGA events, earned medalist honors in numerous state’s major championships, and won team and individual state high school championships. If you yearn for greatness, this program will provide you with the tools to earn that right.
About the Program
This program was designed for individuals who are committed to becoming the best. The curriculum offers a coaching program that is tailored specifically to each individual. Each player’s curriculum is designed to provide the tools needed to perform at the highest level.
The program takes a very holistic look at each player with one goal in mind: WINNING! Players in this program are trained in all areas of the game (physical, mental, on-course training, etc.) to constantly and consistently improve. Contact us to set up a consultation with our team.
Philosophy
To become a true champion, all aspects of the game must be learned. Developing technique that holds up under pressure, understanding how to get the most out of a practice schedule, creating correct strategies throughout a round of golf, and so much more must be implemented in order to play constant, high-level golf. In this program, players will receive a totally customized plan to become a competitor and get the most out of their game in the short and long-term.
Bottom line, these players learn how to win golf tournaments. The culture that we create as a family is one of competitiveness. Part of the enjoyment of this game is understanding that we can always be better. Striving to become a more improved version of yourself is a powerful motivator and will take these individuals to great heights in golf and in life.

Future Elite Program
Our Future Elite program is designed for players who are new to competitive golf. This program takes a more personal approach to each player and will guide them through the aspects of the game that must be learned in order to improve. As coaches, it is our responsibility to provide players with an understanding what they must do during their training in order to shoot lower scores and improve.
This program is designed for players who are competing in tournaments and are newer to competitive golf. At this level, players need an understanding of how to lower scores, how to practice proficiently, and how to prepare and strategize before and during their competitive rounds.
Individuals in this program are guided through an improved understanding of where their game’s need to be in order to lower their competitive rounds. In this program, players will be introduced to the 6 pillars of success: full swing, putting, short game/finesse game, routine & strategy, paradigm development, and character development.
In order to become highly competent as a player, each of these pillars must be adequately improved upon in order to play golf at certain levels. We have developed a comprehensive system to improve these areas of each individuals game that we call ‘progressions’. Each day, players will work through these progressions in many different engaging ways in order to work towards mastery in their game.

At Elite Golf Schools, we offer our competitive athletes the finest amenities the game can offer. From swing video analysis to our indoor training facility, EGS provides each individual with the tools needed to achieve each players’ goals.
Indoor Facility
Our indoor training facility is located at Power Ranch Golf Club in Gilbert, AZ and offers the ultimate benefits for each player. Packed with technology, our training studio provides students with the tools they need to improve their game.
Video Analysis
The use of video can help players in this program tremendously. Since these players have a rigorous training schedule, being able to continue training while on the road is imperative. Unlimited video analysis and video calls is included for each player.
Often, video analysis is correlated to swing analysis. While this is still an important element of video analysis, most players use this amenity to consult with their coaches in order to go over strategy and goal setting for tournament play. Sometimes a video call adds the level of conviction that is needed to commit to a game plan. Video analysis for players in this program include and are not limited to:
- Texted or emailed analysis of golf swing
- Video calls to go over strategy for out of state tournaments
- Video calls to pinpoint personal goals
Technology
Elite Golf Schools of Arizona is proud to offer Foresight Sports technology to our competitive juniors. This technology measures all shots, from your putting and short game through full shots. In this program, Foresight is used for yardage gapping, measuring distance wedges, understanding ball flight based on club and ball flight data, and optimizing personal swing parameters. Players in this program have unlimited access to this technology as well as all other tech the academy offers. Additional technology includes:
